All of our forme makers have been employed in the Packaging industry for many years, so you can be assured that they know what they're doing.
All jobs are checked for quality an accuracy at various stages of production, thus reducing errors to practically zero.

The rule processor (Easy bender)
makes bending rules quick and easy. This is great for you, the customer, as it means you'll get your job back faster.
The Easy bender, is great for the majority of cutting formes; However, for intricate formes, we still make use of our traditional tools and skills.
The laser.
We have a 250watt laser system, which gives us even more precision in our die making.
Another advantage is that, while a job is being 'burnt out' on the laser, another job can be sawn on our traditional flat bed saws.
