Our die cutting section accepts a wide variety of work.
This can be anything from a simple folder to kiss cut stickers, plastic, corrugated board, and fabric.
The Die cutting section is equipped with two Heidelberg cylinders, a Hand fed platen, a Windmill platen and a Guillotine.
These machines are both reliable and versatile, which allows us to work with a variety of materials.
Heidelberg cylinders are efficient and so will allow a job to be ran within a tight budget.
Maximum sheet size:
Machine 1: 720 x 540mm.
Machine 2: 770 x 560mm.
The hand fed platen is generally used for the larger sheet jobs that don't fit on the Heidelbergs.
It is good for short runs, kiss cutting, and jobs where notches may not be acceptable in the finished item.
The platen can handle a wide variety of materials from papers to corrugated board, plastics, and some fabric materials.
Maximum Sheet size:
1020 x 720mm
The Heidelberg platen helps considerably with the smaller size jobs including kiss cutting.
Because the platen is automatic its efficient, meaning it can run jobs within a tight budget.
